Reuters news agency reported that the number of video views on YouTube has reached four billion a day. At the same time every minute of the service users upload 60 hours of video. Over the past eight months, growth of the indicator to display video on the day amounted to 25 percent.
In general, Google earns on YouTube thanks to advertising. In 2011, the search giant managed to make money on advertising for about five billion dollars. It is likely that this year's advertising revenue will grow.
